1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISmut ("the Service") at aismut.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 18.

3. Description of Service

AISmut is an AI writing tool that creates fictional adult stories from what you describe. Everything it writes is fiction, and every character in it is an adult. The Service is for entertainment and creative purposes only.

4. Content Guidelines

Your use of the Service is subject to our Content Guidelines, which set out what you may and may not create. Key restrictions:

  • No content involving minors in any form, fictional, illustrated or otherwise
  • No sexual content about real people
  • No content that facilitates real-world harm, trafficking or exploitation
  • No use of generated content to train or improve other AI systems

5. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@aismut.io if you believe someone else has used it.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are fully responsible for the content you create and how you use it
  • You will not use the Service to create illegal content or for any unlawful purpose
  • You will share generated content only with consenting adults
  • AISmut provides a writing tool; we are not responsible for how you use what it writes

7. Content Ownership

You may use the stories you create for personal purposes. We do not claim ownership of them. You may not use them to train, fine-tune or distil AI systems.

8. Privacy

Your stories are private to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will suit any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISmut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or of content created with it.

11. Enforcement

We may restrict or close the account of anyone who breaks these Terms or the Content Guidelines, at our discretion and without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved under applicable law.
