Content Guidelines

1. Overview
AISmut is an AI writing tool for adults. Everything it writes is fiction, and every character is an adult. These guidelines say what the Service is for, what it is not for, and where responsibility lies. By using AISmut you agree to them.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. The Service must never be used by minors.
3. What Is Allowed
Adult fiction between clearly fictional, consenting adult characters, including:
- Explicit erotica, smut and spicy romance
- BDSM, dominance and submission, power exchange
- Dark romance, written as fiction between adults
- Fantasy and monster romance: vampires, fae, werewolves, monsters and other non-human adults
- Fanfic-style alternate universes with adult characters
- LGBTQ+ stories: gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender characters
- Non-monogamy, cheating, group scenes
- Consensual non-consent (CNC) clearly framed as a fantasy between adults
4. What Is Prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and lead to the account being closed:
Anything involving minors
No sexual content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, in any style. A character described as, implied to be, or presented as a minor is prohibited whatever age is claimed.
Characters that read as minors
No "loli", "shota" or similar archetypes, no adults described as looking or acting like children, and no fantasy age tricks ("looks 12 but is 900 years old"). School settings are allowed only when every character is unambiguously an adult.
Non-consent presented as desirable
No non-consensual sex shown as desirable or justified, outside clearly framed CNC fantasy between adults.
Real people
No sexual content using the name, likeness or identifying details of real people, public or private, including deepfakes.
Real-world harm
No content meant to facilitate trafficking, exploitation or any other illegal activity.
Training other AI
No using generated content to train, fine-tune or distil other AI systems.
Abuse
No spam, phishing, malware, fraud or content meant to harass or deceive real people.
5. Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for what you create and how you store, use or share it
- You must never share generated content with minors
- You must follow the laws of your jurisdiction
